I promise I'm alive! Just incredibly busy!

First month of college has been pretty incredible.A few days before classes started, I was hired on at a bookstore right off of campus, and up until Friday, I was working at least twenty hours a week. That was fun for about a month, until I realized I didn't even have enough time for homework, let alone a social life. Decided to quit, as it was the best thing to do.

In faire-related happenings, attended DARG this past weekend which was pretty brilliant if I do say so, merriment was had by all, made some new friends, got to see some old ones. As always, Ottheinrich and MastHuggerKate were amazing! So greatful for them to host it

Also, about...three weekends ago? I made a running trip down to Austin for Serendipity Haven's opening day/weekend which was really great. Its a very small faire with a lot of potential so I hope to help it grow in the future. After Songwood, I think people are a bit wary of supporting something but I feel like we've got a sturdy group of people who really mean what they're going to say. Only time will tell!

Trip to Middlefaire in the works, and hopefully Screams so I look forward to seeing whoever I do when I do!

And if not, I will be at TRF for Opening Weekend, camping with McLotofUs/Renaissancefestival.com-ers on Row 8. Stop by and say hello! :D

Well a very good friend of mine from Scarby has gotten tired of the Rennie gatherings being too far for them to travel, soooo, inspired by AARG in Austin, Dallas/Ft.Worth is now getting DARG!
